After-school club booking form

Bookings for after-school club for the Autumn term have now closed on SchoolCloud. Please submit the form below to request availability. A member of the office team will come back to you to advise if there is space.

Once your place is confirmed, you will be sent a link to choose activities. Please note you will be committing your child to these activities for the whole term. Children cannot move in and out of activities as we must staff accordingly. Activities are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments will be uploaded onto ParentPay and we ask that payment is made by the due date specified.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who are booked in for After School Club will be collected from their classrooms at the end of the school day by a school staff member. Children in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 will make their own way to After School Club.
